Sistars of Empowerment Social Organization, Inc is a private non-profit organization established in 2013 for professional women to network, give back to the community, and socialize simultaneously.  Membership Requirements include commitment to SOE and its mission, initial fee of $50.00, membership dues of $25.00 per month,  participate in quarterly fundraisers and community service projects. We also host several events throughout the year in which members are required to attend, promote, and volunteer.

• ​The objectives of Sistars of Empowerment shall be:

• To promote charitable endeavors, cultural improvements, civic pride and unity among professional women in the city of Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

• To promote networking, socializing, and community service opportunities among the members.

• To offer educational, development, and success classes to the youth and young adults of the community and surrounding areas.

• To offer youth scholarships for college

• To operate as a non profit
