Mr. & Miss Empowerment Pageant

Mr. and Miss Empowerment is a youth showcase open to kids in South Louisiana. This is not a beauty pageant but a self-esteem and confidence building pageant. Contestants compete for the highest points in areas such as public speaking, talent, personality, photogenic, entrepreneurship, and more. Registration is open to boys and girls ages 3 mos -17 years old. Registration Requirements: Complete online form, $25.00 registration fee, attend empowerment sessions, obtain a sponsor, sell ads in souvenir book, and complete community service, and participate in the youth entrepreneurship project.

Empowered Youth Alliance

Empowered Youth Alliance is a youth group created to expose our children to a more diverse culture. The members of this group meet once a month and have different activities planned for each meeting. The members are taken on field trips, taught life skills, communication skills, entrepreneurship and much more. Registration Requirements: Complete online registration, attend empowerment sessions and complete community service.

Open to ages 9 & up
